Gerald Caraveau graduated from PHS Powell, Wyoming in 1958 and attended the University of Wyoming on a wrestling scholarship. Under graduate BS studies and a Master of Science Degree from Oklahoma State University in Education was completed in 1968. He taught high school Biology and coached wrestling in Carlsbad, NM from 1963 through 1970 and finished his teaching career teaching and coaching in the Colorado Springs before beginning his Real Estate career in 1971. Gerald has served the Colorado Springs community since 1971 helping home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs ever since making the move into the Real Estate profession. He was a co-owner of All West REALTORS from 1979 and sole owner the from 1990 to 1998 before selling the successful independant real estate brokerage company. Gerald joined RE/MAX Advantage in 1998 and has been a broker associate since then along with Broker Management duties for the past six years. Gerald believes that helping buyers and sellers is an education process assisting consumers with all the in's and out's and technicalities involved in buying and selling a home along with the emotional excitement of finding that perfect home.
