My name is Cristina Delacruz and I was born in Manila, Philippines. I have been in real estate business for over 10 years. My family and I live in Colorado Springs since 1997. I have been married to a retired US Army for 28 years and had two children. I like to travel to see different places and to meet people, I like to walk to exercise. But most of all I love real estate and couldn’t think of doing anything else. I enjoy helping people to find their dream home, or sell their current home. I help buyers and sellers from the start of the transaction to finish and end up being friends with them. I always put my client’s best interest first and make sure my clients are happy during the transaction.

I specialize in residential, land and new construction. I have experience in new construction and used to work for one of the top builder in the country. I was awarded by La Plata Investment as the “Top-Sales First Place” in 2003 and also earned my GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation three years ago. I negotiate for my clients to get the most out of any transaction, whether buying or selling.
